Posting commercial ads to USENET newsgroups that do not permit
it.
- Posting articles containing binary encoded data to non-binary
newsgroups.
- Excessive and repeated posting of off-topic messages to newsgroups.
- Excessive and repeated Cross-Posting.
- Email harassment of other Internet users.

that spams will not be paid.
