Promotional Bonuses:
Unless stated otherwise all bonuses are non-cashable
this means the bonus itself may not be withdrawn at any time although
the winnings generated by using the bonus may be withdrawn.
You have to meet playthrough requirements to cash
out / withdraw any winnings generated through your bonus. You may forfeit
all winnings and bonuses and cash out the balance at any time without
meeting playthrough requirements provided the bonus and deposit both remain
in the balance.
Unless
otherwise stated along with the bonus offer, if you redeem a bonus the
maximum withdrawal you may receive is 5 times the amount of the bonus
redeemed and the rest of the money will be removed from your account
when the withdrawal is processed. If the redeemed bonus is equal to or
more than 300% then the maximum withdrawal amount is twice the amount
of the redeemed bonus. If 2 or more bonuses are redeemed without
zeroing out then the lowest maximum withdrawal amount will be assessed
and paid.
All bonuses are subject to minimum 30X playthrough unless otherwise stated.
EXAMPLES:
Playthrough requirements DON'T carry forward:
You deposit $ 100 and redeem 100% bonus on it making a total of $ 200.
Let's assume the playthrough/wagering requirements are 30X which means
you have to wager the deposit + bonus 30 times i.e. $ 200 x 30 = $ 6000.
So you wager $ 500 and are left with a balance of $ 1. At this time your
playthrough requirements reset. You no longer need to wager the
remaining $ 4500 of the original $ 6000 requirements. If you redeem another
bonus coupon on a deposit of $ 100 for say 200% and wagering requirements
are again say 30X you'll need to wager $ 300 x 30 = $ 9000 ONLY and not
$ 4500 (old requirement) + $ 3000 (new requirement)
Playthrough requirements DO carry forward:
You deposit $ 100 and redeem 100% bonus on it making a total of $ 200.
Let's assume the playthrough/wagering requirements are 30X which means
you have to wager the deposit + bonus 30 times i.e. $ 200 x 30 = $ 6000
You wager $ 900 and have a total of $ 280 in your account at which time
you decide to redeem another bonus offer (this time for 200%) So you deposit
$ 100 again and redeem another $ 200 and the playthrough requirements
are again 30X i.e. $ 300 x 30 = $ 9000. At this time your TOTAL playthrough
requirements are $ 15000 of which you have wagered $ 900. So you need
to wager $ 15000 - 900 = $ 14100 more before being eligible for a withdrawal.
The zero out rule has been created to give both the player and the casino
a sporting chance. As you can see by the above examples this rule protects
both the casino and the player. Without the zero out rule the previous
wagering requirements would carry over for the player's future deposits
and the player would probably never catch up. At the same time, the casino
would be in big trouble if people kept cashing in coupons on top of deposits
and would have to meet playthrough requirements for only one of the coupons.
ZERO OUTS
A zero out is defined as any balance of $ 1 or less. Playthrough requirements
carry over if you don't zero out and redeem 2 or more bonuses.
**Please ENSURE that you logout after zeroing out and depositing again
otherwise the zero out will not be recorded**
Exceptions to the zero out rule
Playthrough requirements carry over even if your account balance reflects
a zero balance (after logging out and back in) if any or all of the conditions
mentioned below are satisfied:
- If you zero out, deposit again and don't take
a bonus on your next deposit
- If you zero out and your next deposit is less
than a quarter of your previous deposit bonus.
We do not wish to limit our players in any way,
so we allow you to play any and all games you want even with bonus money!

Policy on Free chips
Depositing
players may cashout unlimited free chips at 5x chip amount up to $50
maximum, provided at least one deposit and matchplay coupon/bonus is
redeemed between each free chip.
Non
depositing players are permitted one free chip cashout of up to 1x free
chip amount providing all requirements are fully met. No further free
chips may be cashed out unless he/she becomes a depositing player. Comp
points cannot be redeemed from free chips.
Unless
otherwise stated along with the bonus offer, all free chips, cashback
bonuses, deposit insurances, birthday bonuses and non-deposit bonuses
etc are subject to 40x playthrough on slots with maximum cashout of 5x.
Your account balance will be reduced to zero after making the
withdrawal. Any real money deposits and bonuses on those real money
deposits will of course remain unaffected. Any account found to have
redeemed 2 or more free chip bonuses without ever making a real money
deposit, is not eligible to cash out any funds derived from another
free chip bonus. Free chip or bonus itself may not be withdrawn.
We
will need a signed faxback form plus accompanying documents before
paying out winnings. Any winnings made off of free chips will only be
sent via Neteller. You may open only one account per: household,
computer or person. No winnings shall be paid if we detect multiple

Account banning
We reserve the right to ban/close your account at any time at our sole
discretion.
If your account is banned and you have violated one or more of the rules
stated at this website then all your winnings & bonuses shall be null
and void and your deposit shall be returned to you. At his discretion,
the manager may void only the player's winnings, leave his bonus and allow
a player to continue playing if the violation was unintentional (such
as a double account) if the player promises to be more careful in the
future.
In the event that your account is banned and you have not violated any
of the rules stated at this website then these are the steps accounting
will follow to complete our business with you (in chronological order)
:
- All bonuses will be revoked
- All deposits will be returned within 7 business
days of banning.
- All winnings will be sent to you within
30 days of banning
Please note that when we say "All deposits"
it refers to deposits that you still had in your account at the time of
banning. Not deposits that you've already lost.

Once banned, you may never open another account
